Poor customer service. She was the last pick up of the day at this location. She still had enough time to load her packages in the van, come back, and then drive away. Just disappointed in her service. This was for November 18th, 2025 at 4:15 pm. I'll be requesting my packages go through another company if this is the communication FedEx is going to exemplify. Either that or adjust your hours for more pickup times. Unacceptable. This speaks poorly of your 1, 10, 100 rule.
