- YCYoanna CamposFeb 5, 20181.0I brought my niece for fingerprints for her Job, please keep in mind that this is was our first time there and we have no idea how their office is set up. Her appointment was at 12.30pm, and we arrived at 12:09pm. We tried to open the door, it was locked. So my niece knocked.. A lady opens the door, “greats” us very rudly, I began to tell her that she had an appointment, then again very rudly she asks “what time is the appointment?” We tell her at 12:30pm and very rude and sarcastically says “exactly! Come back at 12:30” we are at lunch (how are we supposed to know how their office is set up and that they eat lunch in there?) I said to her, you don’t have to be so rude about it, she laughted and said “I’m not being rude” and slams the door at us. I’m sorry, but a simple note on the door could have avoided us knocking and interrupting their lunch. Costumer service is part of their job, you just don’t treat people like that.
