Yesterday, I watched—on video—a FedEx driver come to my door with a very important package. When no one answered immediately, instead of leaving a standard door tag as he is required to do, he walked to my neighbor’s house and asked for the “recipient of the package.” When my neighbor correctly stated that no such person lives there, the driver responded with, “I will just reject this then.” This is completely unacceptable. Rather than performing the most basic part of his job—leaving a notice for the actual recipient—the driver chose to dismiss the delivery entirely. This careless, unprofessional behavior has now delayed an important package and caused unnecessary frustration. FedEx, your customers deserve far better. This type of misconduct reflects a total disregard for responsibility, accuracy, and basic professionalism. I am disgusted by this experience and strongly urge you to address the severe shortcomings in your delivery process and driver training.

The last time this happened the drive just walked up to our door left the slip claiming no one was home. Then as now we were in all day!! Calling customer support was no help, could not tell me where the drive was, why he was delayed or give me a number for the driver or the local office. what kind of customer service is this? FedEx SUCKS.

Had a worst experience today, the delivery person didn’t even knock the door and just left the door tag. I came to facility 1 hr before the closing time as suggested by FedEX support team and the delivery vehicle didn’t reach the office even after the closing hours. I have been waiting here for almost 1.5 hrs. I don’t know why do you hire such drivers? This guy is supposed to deliver near totem lake area, Kirkland. Kindly take some action on the delivery guy.
