I needed to return to exchange the item. When I got to the location, I wanted to ship it back in the same exact box that I got it in because OBVIOUSLY YOU TOOK IT ONCE. No. He said I needed to pay for a box or find a different one because he wouldn’t take it. I will honestly probably never come here again and will make sure to tell everyone I see about it.

I ordered them the night before and they were done by 11am unfortunately they were printed incorrectly, no problem. The associate who printed them was a little disgruntled that it wasn’t to my liking. Andrew, the manager could see she was starting to get upset even though I didn’t say anything. He immediately offered to jump in and take over. Reprinted my cards to my specifications on the spot with no same day rush charge. Great customer service, Thank you Andrew.
