We weren't home for the first attempt. First call I was told I could pick up or change delivery time, but I forgot to get the address for pick up. I called the second time and was told, because it needed a signature we could not pick up or change delivery time. I was also told for "security purposes" they could not share the pick up address with me, because the package was addressed to a male(My Husband) and was hung up on! My Husband called and was refused help as well by Teo badge # 6337539.

I eventually got tired of waiting around to see if they would ever give me the package, so I went there to get the package myself. My last package that FedEx delivered was brought on a U-haul truck. This FedEx location is very untimely and unprofessional.
