It's an okay place. My packages come pretty quick most of the time, but for the past 2 months my packages have either not arrived or were pretty late.

Everytime I have to go in here I prepare myself for an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, I am never proven wrong.
Every staff member I have encountered is incredibly rude, they make unnecessary remarks, they always seem stressed out or like you’re an inconvenience to them. It’s wild to me that for YEARS this is how it’s been.
I will avoid FedEx in every possible way if it means not wasting my time having to interact with them.

If you want high-quality passport photos, this FedEx location is the place to go. Compared to UPS, Walmart (self-print), and Walgreens, the difference is significant. They follow the correct guidelines. The lighting is ok. Their software also seems to produce better results, sharper, more accurate, and compliant with all specifications. Highly recommend over the other options. The price/value is good. Almost half as much as UPS charges (if you take 4). And the UPS across the street uses an old camera with wide angle lens...
