We went through 2 banks trying to get financing on a property (the second one gave us approvals to put in an offer) to then pull financing days before contingency was over because they didn’t understand it was Forestry land. In a panic 2.5 weeks before closing, here comes Leslie like the goddess she is, literally saved us and this property. Within days we had approvals, the next week appraisals and Debi started processing next week boom closing. What took one bank 7 weeks to drop the ball they had completed in 2.5 weeks. Absolutely amazing. We are so grateful for them both. They helped change our lives and we are forever grateful for helping us achieve our dream. We were warned by everyone that land loans are a lot more difficult, but northwest farm made it easy. We contact northwest farm after another bank rejected our loan application without a second glance and no coordination (took them 2 wks before rejection and they had not included all info I provided!) We only had 4 wks left until the initial planned closing date which in closing time is NOTHING. The staff at northwest did everything they could and communicated every step of the way. We ended up closing 6 days early and for much less cash to close than the first bank quoted. And in addition they sent us a nice closing thank you. Will always appreciate everything they did to help us and our future home.
