  There's a short, angry man that works here and he gives the worst customer service. There will be a line and he'll sit like he's on the phone, not saying a single word, hang up the phone and go to the computer. Twice I've had returns and he talks AT me like I don't understand the process. I will leave the store and come back later so I don't have to engage with him. He needs a refresher course on customer service or needs to stay in the back, cause he does not know how to talk to people. Edit: all the other employees are great!!! Cordial, polite, quick to assist. Bumped it up to 2 stars for them ❤️

  The box was slightly damaged but the contents seem to be unharmed! However, I just wanted to say thank you. I live on a second floor apartment with no elevator and they brought up my COUCH that I ordered without me having to ask! Other services have always left the heavy orders at the bottom of the stairs and I’m on the smaller size of a woman so I’m always wondering how I was gonna get it up but they did it for me! Thank you!

  This rating is specifically for the two guys working Sunday 10/5 - I’ve been working on a project that required a couple test prints and had been in a couple of times. I thought my paper cutter at home would be sufficient but it wasn’t so I found myself going back to FedEx on Sunday to use their paper cutter. I was a little worried it’d be awkward because I wasn’t buying or picking up anything- I had already bought and picked up the most recent printing on Friday that was the item I was bringing back in to cut, so it was a FedEx project so to speak but might not be obvious at a glance. Thankfully it was totally fine. I had a lot to cut so I got to witness everything going on while I was working away and my trimming and oh my goodness FedEx is BUSY on a Sunday. But it didn’t seem like anyone waited very long, the two guys working were on top of their customer service and had good situational awareness. FedEx as a company can be hit or miss, but if they are the optimal choice for what you need those two guys will be able to help you figure that out.
