- QTQuang TruongMar 29, 20241.0This was one of the worse experiences in selling my home. There is no communication from the Escrow team on status and what to expect. I didn't even get the documents to review prior to signing. The Eagle web portal they use is so useless. They don't even read the messages you send them nor is the timeline updated throughout the whole transaction. Even the day after closing it was still not updated. They don't even inform you it's been recorded on closing date. The frustration as a seller sitting and waiting and getting no status updates or responses is beyond unacceptable. The amount of fees I am paying for the service and the service I am getting in return is well over paid. I intentionally left out the team name since they called to apologize which I appreciated, but the service I received is truly unacceptable and unprofessional. I sure hope the team learn from this and put in place processes to better serve customers.
