Was raining on the first delivery date and the driver didn’t get out of the truck. Was told it would be on for 2 days after. Called to confirm that date the next day and was told it would be another week because they just received the appliance from Samsung that morning. They can’t get their lies straight. I offered to pick it up from their warehouse and they said Samsung has to approve it. After a 3 way call with them Samsung said it’s up to RXO if I can pick it up which RXO denied and then hung up on me. Samsung customer service said they have several complaints about the same issue and will be taking action on finding another company.
