Was raining on the first delivery date and the driver didn’t get out of the truck. Was told it would be on for 2 days after. Called to confirm that date the next day and was told it would be another week because they just received the appliance from Samsung that morning. They can’t get their lies straight. I offered to pick it up from their warehouse and they said Samsung has to approve it. After a 3 way call with them Samsung said it’s up to RXO if I can pick it up which RXO denied and then hung up on me. Samsung customer service said they have several complaints about the same issue and will be taking action on finding another company.

They delivered my washer and dryer, picked the washer back up, and delivered another one (I wasnt satisfied with some of the options of the original washer) — all efficiently and with great care. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and easygoing throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to work with such respectful and pleasant delivery professionals. Highly recommend their service!

The customer service was rude. they did not care. They didn’t have no sense of urgency they didn’t. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience that they caused when they call it scheduled the point the delivery for the For 10 October, did not apologize for the inconvenience they have the worst customer service I ever experience
