  Jasmine has been phenomenal during our extended renovation process. I would gladly call Jasmine again if I ever needed another construction/renovation loan. It is hard to find someone who is not only thorough and accommodating to our situation but communicates the process with clarity and kindness, Jasmine did all of that and made an already stressful project a bit easier.

  If I could give 100 stars to this bank I would. Primarily to Jasmine Thompson. My husband and I were dealing with Fidelity Bank in Martinsville VA attempting to secure a construction loan since NOVEMBER 2024. After being approved then not approved then approved if we show 175k in the bank....then 46k to close....then not approved again...over and over (that mess at Fidelity went on for 8 months!!) we ultimately decided to end the relationship at Fidelity and attempt a construction loan at another bank. First Bank and Trust was IT. My husband and I sat down with Jasmine, explained EVERYTHING that we had been through and how every single day we felt like we were preparing for battle and after 8 long months we were battle worn and if the construction loan process was going to be that hard, going through First Bank and Trust then let us know and we would halt the dream of building a home. Jasmine reassured us that what we had been through should not have happened to us and even more so we actually had additional options for types of construction loans to CHOOSE from. She also wanted to make good and sure that we did not leave the meeting with any questions whatsoever. She was VERY knowledgeable and confident in what she could do for us and our dream. I honestly believe her cofidence gave us faith in this situation....and faith will move mountains! 21 days after the first sit down at First Bank and Trust we closed on the construction loan! Everything fell into place and went according to her outline for this loan. My husband was no longer stressed out about being yo-yo'd on approved and then not approved which made home life better. In fact, he kept saying.....is that it? Is it really that easy? I just can not say enough about First Bank and Jasmine! I had an EXCELLENT experience and My husband and I look forward to continuing our banking relationship. 100 stars for this review! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
