Talk to a machine for ten minutes and then when I finally get them to connect me to a customer service rep I am on hold for 35-40 minutes and nobody picks up. Totally ridiculous. I have serious issues with my retirement plan and I cannot talk to anybody. Going to do everything in my power to get my company to change payroll service. Customer service is no existent.

They loaded fees onto our account that were completely unnecessary- like charging us for employees in states where do not have employees. Every service goes on a separate invoice so we were receiving many from them, just not all. We have repeatedly reached out to ADP to talk with someone and have gotten zero response. If you want to start an account, I'm sure someone will call you in a hot minute. We have found another payroll company who will be saving our business thousands each year. Happy to have our eyes opened to their corrupt practices. Do yourself a favor and stay away from ADP.
