  CHECK YOUR INVOICES! 15+ years with ADP/RUN, 14+ years with (Time and Attendance) only to find out that they have been leasing us time clocks for the entire 14+ years. Also, charged for a timeclock and services that we had not used in 2 years. Management acted shock and appalled. Needless to say, we switched to Beyond Payroll who has been absolutely fabulous so far. After cancelling they continued to direct draft from our account. I've been told someone from Time and Attendance would call me and a cancellation letter confirmation would be sent via email. That's been since 10/27/25. As of 11/3/25 no cancellation letter, return call or instruction on the return of the clocks has been received. Be aware.

  Did not provide medical benefits for months after asking so. After being assaulted and attacked. Still have no medical benefits. But me on medical leave then denied after more than one doctor wrote how mental health was a problem for me and disabled and still denied. Affecting my income. When offered the care program was denied that as well even after lost savings using there realtor. It is all a shame !!!!!

  AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! DO NOT USE FOR PAYROLL OR ANY HR NEEDS, worst experience I have ever had with any HR company and we have given them SO many chance to make it right and no one cares. If it wasn't such a pain to switch payroll companies we would change today. Wish we never left Paychex!! They had there problems but they are like an A+ company compared to ADP.
