  DONT BOTHER, THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER BETTER PAYROLL COMPANIES OUT THERE JUST FORGET ABOUT ADP. THEY NICKLE AND DIME YOU TO DEATH AND IF ANYTHING DOESN'T GO EXACTLY HOW THEY WANT IT THEY WONT MAKE ANY EFFORT TO MAKE IT RIGHT. USED FOR YEARS BUT LEAVING NOW.

  CHECK YOUR INVOICES! 15+ years with ADP/RUN, 14+ years with (Time and Attendance) only to find out that they have been leasing us time clocks for the entire 14+ years. Also, charged for a timeclock and services that we had not used in 2 years. Management acted shock and appalled. Needless to say, we switched to Beyond Payroll who has been absolutely fabulous so far. After cancelling they continued to direct draft from our account. I've been told someone from Time and Attendance would call me and a cancellation letter confirmation would be sent via email. That's been since 10/27/25. As of 11/3/25 no cancellation letter, return call or instruction on the return of the clocks has been received. Be aware.

  AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! DO NOT USE FOR PAYROLL OR ANY HR NEEDS, worst experience I have ever had with any HR company and we have given them SO many chance to make it right and no one cares. If it wasn't such a pain to switch payroll companies we would change today. Wish we never left Paychex!! They had there problems but they are like an A+ company compared to ADP.

  ADP actually deserves fewer than a 1 star rating. They don't return calls, they have only excuses, nothing gets fixed. They are great at the sale but can't deliver. Each department works in a silo and can't help out with the problem but are great at finger pointing.
