She purposely kept us there from 9am until 2pmso we asked to speak to the manager Kenny Galderisi and she said she was busy while we were watching the manager walking around doing nothing. Stephanie Hall is hateful and no good and should not be allowed to work with humans or animals. She should be FIRED.
