- LWLaura Woods6 days ago1.0Been Capital One cardholders for 25 years. Dec we had some payment issues (long story) but the payment was finally made on Dec 31, and then CapOne closed our acct. Very lousy customer service. No loyalty for 25 years as customers. Even if they decide to reopen it (I'll know in 10 days) im going to cancel it. They aren't the only credit card co.pany out there!!

All I needed was a stop payment placed on a subscription charge (Fox One) because neither Roku or Fox One could do it. Both kept pawning it off on each other so the last option was to put a simple stop payment on this charge. First and foremost the people you have in customer service barely speak English. And they are so scripted and have 0 problem solving skills. It was a simple request that I repeated over and over again. She couldn't figure out what I needed. It got to the point that I gave up and requested she cancel the account, it was less painful to just find another vendor! I paid the card to a zero balance and will never be back until you stop out sourcing your customer service off to third world countries. DO BETTER!
- CCcps7553Dec 12, 20251.0So after years and years of having my entire banking portfolio there, I’m severely disappointed. They switched my debit card over and now it doesn’t work at Costco. Nobody there thought to check with one of the largest retailers in America to make sure it worked? And when I called for support, I was told by the barely speaking English person there’s nothing they could do. No apologies, just too bad. Disgusting. I’m so angry. You clearly don’t care about your customers.
