They can be great to work with, depending on the person obviously. First experience was great they were very helpful and attentive etc.
Second time around, idk if it's due to English not being her first language. She was not helpful at all. I tried to explain what I was needing because she obviously didn't understand. But she cut me off. When I explained I was hard of hearing the response was yes I could tell because people with hearing problems speak really loud.
She was very quiet, mumbling, and had us sitting out with all the background noise. We were getting nowhere so I excused myself and hope to return when more trained and helpful people are available.
