- LPLinda PluimAug 28, 20251.0Do not use this company!! Especially their retirement services. Their salesman lied to us to get us to sign up for a 401K plan and now I'm being charged ridiculous fees to get out of it and get my money back! Their customer care and service is TERRIBLE!

The fees are insane, 25 times what Vanguard charges and they make it as hard as possible to rollover your funds when you terminate employment. They have no email contact or address and the phone number they provide is to a out of the country call center that has absolutely no power to do anything but say "that is how we do it".
