I reached out through phone, left voicemails, and even sent texts to him that never were responded to. The only way I was ever able to get in touch with him was when my Real Estate Agent (that I texted about this on multiple occasions), finally brought us all in on a 3 way call. Apparently there was a mix up with the HOA, which wasn’t the title company’s fault. However, communication with a young first time home buyer is important and they dropped the ball there. I felt like I wasn’t an important client to them!
