Last time I went, they said I had to e-mail them now, no computer for me to do it myself. Fine. Today I e-mailed them and then they charged me $1 to process it for 3/4 hour labor? It was literally 2 pages and I got charged $1.63 for it. Hope you enjoy that sweet, sweet $1 for that "email-print labor" and losing my business forever.

So I called back and he was still a jerk and very rude. Postnet, you guys need to respond and address this. He's hurting your company reviews and reputation
