The old lady was very short and unhelpful, we asked if we could keep the original copy of our certificates she said no, we asked how we can have the original copy, and she said you can. All the questions we asked were simply answered with a yes or no with no explanation, we asked if there was any way we be able to have it. Without offering any other options she said " we aren't doing this today", and pushed the info back, it had to be to us to ask if it would be mailed back and then they said yes. As having family that work there that heard it they were able to confirm that they didn't do things properly.

Absolute worst post office I have been to. 52 minutes in line today and still didn’t get my 3 packages shipped. First time I made it to the counter, they told me I needed to go back and address all of my packages (they printed my labels the day before without this) no big deal, I went to my truck and wrote addresses on everything. I came back to the counter after 30 minutes in line again, this time they said my address wasn’t in the correct spot and I needed to write my return address in a different location. These are awkward boxes. They could’ve given me the correct instructions the first time at the counter. I now need to wait in line another 30 minutes but I don’t have the time today. UPS or FedEx here I come.

Only giving 2 stars because Nicole was wonderful. Unfortunately, another employee behaved in a rude, condescending, and unprofessional manner. When I approached the counter after she returned to her station, she abruptly placed the ‘Next Counter’ sign and loudly questioned me in a tone meant to embarrass me. It felt intentionally humiliating, and completely unnecessary. This behavior creates a hostile and uncomfortable environment for customers, and I hope management addresses it. Nobody should be spoken to that way at a post office—or anywhere.

The mailman is awful with putting the parcel key in the right mailbox which delays delivery and puts your packages at risk of being kept by whoever gets the key. Why are government workers so bad at their jobs?

This is a relatively small post office serving a large and rapidly expanding area. We often go inside to drop off packages. I believe the staff does their best - especially under pressure (thus the 4). The only time we have had to wait unrealistic time is when one or two of their 4 possible servers is doing Passports. That causes a terrible backup. There is a passport office in Saratoga Springs that is no stress. Maybe the Lehi office could post the address and phone number for the passport office in Saratoga. They really need to put a large facility in Eagle Mountain - City Center. That would really help.
