The employees at this location are lovely. But they deserve better management or whoever deals with hiring, operations, IT, and efficiency. They are perpetually understaffed. The lines are always horrible. The self service machine doesn’t ever work with pregenerated QR codes. I feel terrible for the frontline staff. If you go, be nice, be respectful. The front line staff are doing their best. But usps Lehi…. Pass! Go somewhere else.

This Christmas I had a packet that I mailed from Spanish Fork, UT and was supposed to be delivered to an address in Lindon, UT. I mailed several packets and didn't notice until later in the day that there wasn't a Lindon on my receipt but instead, Lehi. I went to the Spanish Fork post office and they contacted the Lehi office and suggested that I go there on a certain day and see if I could find it. (The packets contained a digital drive that had a book of one of our family ancestors on it.)
I went to Lehi and spoke with Mindy (sorry that I didn't get her last name). Anyway, she was so kind and did a lot of digging for me. She thought it had already gone out for delivery in Lehi but got my phone number in case she could find something out. She called me later that evening and told me that the packet had been delivered to the correct address in Lindon. What a relief to know that and not to worry any more about it. She was so sweet and caring and I so appreciated all she did to help me. It was about 7 pm when she called so I'm sure she was off work. It's so wonderful that you have kind, caring people working at your post office.

I just moved into a home and the previous owner didn't leave keys to the community mailbox. The post office said it would be about two weeks to have the lock changed and issue me new keys. Obviously, I would like to start getting my mail sooner than that but it's what I expected from the post office. About three hours later I got a call saying they had already changed the lock and were on they way to my house to give me my new keys. It's the best experience I've ever had with any post office anywhere in the country.

Been to this location plenty of times. If you’re lucky, there’s very little wait and the workers are very friendly. But 9 times out of 10 it’s more worth your time to drive 30 minutes to a different location. Trust me, you’ll still get done faster 😂

Had a package not get delivered to my address correctly and it took a couple days to figure it out. But the staff and especially Mindy really helped me find my package and even called the night before Thanksgiving and offered to drive it over. Not something I would have expected from the USPS. 4 stars for not delivering it correctly but they really made up for it in helping me find it.
