This is predatory and I regret moving my items here. I am looking to buy a container to put on my land. Please go somewhere else for your storage needs.
- GGgNov 14, 20251.0I made a reservation for a storage unit. Extra Space Storage sent me an email confirming my reservation. The email confirmed my unit size, my move-in date, my rental rate, and included a code to complete the rental process online. When I tried to claim the unit with the code and my email address, the system showed no reservation. When I tried to RE-reserve the unit, Extra Space Storage had raised the price. According to Google's AI (you can look it up), this qualifies as bait and switch. Bait and switch is illegal. I contacted Extra Space Storage's customer service, but the person was unable to help. I also contact Extra Space Storage's corporate office, and was disconnected. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission, and filed a formal complaint. I'm following up on it with a request for an investigation.

I’m so disappointed and in disgust that it’s so hungry for money they would rather you leave or put your family in a bind than help! But all that are like this will fall!! God is on the scene.
