This “ 3 day coaching program” was an absolute and such a waste of money. They don’t anything tangible about the coaching business . A lot of silly quotes and ideologies . Nothing useful.
The cost can range from 12-15 thousand dollars. Once you sign up good luck ever getting anyone to answer the any questions.
The "student support group" have never responded even after months of trying. There is a total lack of accountability after you give them your money. The worst response and help of any company I've experienced. No email options, it's not posted (after 45 minutes I gave up looking). 7 left voice mails left over months, to a phone number that is not answered, and a chat bot that can only answer posted information.
The facilitation is good, and if you have never been a coach and want to be one, this might be for you. However, if you are an established coach and If you want to be ICF certified, avoid IPEC! They make you go through a ridiculous amount of work, much more than ICF requires. I would avoid this option.

My time and experience with IPEC was unforgettable. I learned more than I expected. Connected with like minded professionals and learned from them. Gained knowledge in coaching that has made a HUGE impact on my personal and professional life. I would pay and do the same thing over again. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in the coaching industry to attend IPEC.

I would recommend. I am very happy with choosing IPEC. Great instructors, mentor coaches, frameworks, assessment tool certification, techniques, practice... It's all there and a well designed program.
IPEC was helpful toward obtaning the credentialing needed to make a pivot to my personal coaching practice 100%. It validated my approach to coaching and I learned some new tools and techniques that made me even better as a coach. I use the tools for myself and for those I coach because they work and are so very impactful.
