We even had a choice of candidates and could interview all or one. I have never been told something could not be done! Not every assistant is a good fit but you are free to change at any time. They are trained extensively already but VIVA will also train on whatever you need. AND they are truly bilingual! Especially our second assistant "JM" is incredibly resourceful and has really become part of the team. She is thoughtful and really cares about the activities of the Agency., and incredibly reliable!
