I called to ask for hours of operation,because website said office was temporary close. I also asked for a physical address after 4 security ? I was placed on hold and I hung up after 8 minutes of waiting.

I have zero faith or trust in USAA taking care of me as a customer. I was in an auto accident that was caused by the other party's drive shaft coming off on the highway in front of me. I took pictures of the party's truck along with a picture showing that his drive shaft was missing and had my passenger as a witness of what happened. USAA took this matter and did an arbitration with the other party's insurance. The outcome was that the other party was not at fault. I requested documentation regarding the arbitration and was told "The decision is considered work product and we are unable to release this documentation."
How can I trust that USAA has my back if they will not release this info to me?

I have been a proud banking and insurance customer of USAA's for 18+ years(?) since I was a child. I recently also took out an auto loan and used their car buying feature and was happy with the rate and process. However, the car was totaled in a storm when a tree fell on it (natural causes, no one at fault), and it has now been over 2 months they are withholding payment of the entire claim due to a $1700 check the body shop owes them for work they didn't do because it was judged a total loss. It's Christmas and I just paid a second double car payment on a car I don't have, and I'm getting sympathy and repetition of the "waiting to receive a check from the shop" from them, as if $13,000 they owe me has anything to do with the $1700 the shop owes them.
