- JJJitaeSep 19, 20251.0UH Human Resources department continues to appeal my unemployment benefits, which the Texas Workforce Commission had rightly paid me after I lost my position. HR continues to harass myself and the commission because they don’t want to pay for unemployment benefits. What I don’t understand is why they are eager to terminate employees but don’t want to pay unemployment. I’m now having to get legal counsel because UH appealed to the Commission Tribunal. This has been going on for over a year. I’ve gotten a different job and don’t even get unemployment payments anymore. Yet I’m still being harassed by this company with letters in the mail saying they are going to keep appealing to no end. Please stop.
