- PPPenaOct 29, 20241.0We went to close on our first house with my mother as our realtor. What I thought would be a special and memorable day for us, turned out to be one of the most unpleasant experiences we had ever witnessed. Our closing agent, GERALDINE SHERROD was extremely rude and disrespectful towards my mother. It was very heartbreaking to witness this woman treat my mother as if she was dirt under her feet. I STRONGLY do not recommend this place! After reading other one star reviews, it is very clear that GERALDINE SHERROD has and will continue to disrespect people without any accountability of her actions. Please save your time and energy and go to someone who will treat you with respect, and make your big day as special as it should. I would give this place, especially GERALDINE SHERROD 0 stars if I could.

Anytime I had a question or concern she was responsive either by phone or email within a day. On closing day Glenda took care of us and even though she was very thorough, we were done in less than 20mins. Would highly recommend!
