When I walked in I was greeted by Sylvia with a friendly smile. I told her the crazy request I came in for. She said she would see what she could find. They didn’t have access to the file in her office so she reached out to the main office and in less than 20 minutes I had a copy of a survey in my hand. This is huge, Sylvia took time to help a random stranger walking through her front door and by her efforts just saved my client (who is an executor of an estate dealing with a loss of a brother) $500-600 for having to order a new survey. Thanks Sylvia you made a difference today and are appreciated! 🙌
