- KSKristina SaulnierNov 8, 20251.0Just canceled .my auto insurance literally the worst customer service I have ever seen, they made a 600 mistake and one manager said I'm allset and they were goin to compensate me and then her boss called and changed the whole plan and didn't even know anything to what the issue was and on top of that treated me and spoke to me like I was nothing I've ever experienced anything like this in my life, and being a manger myself was beyond apalled on every aspect of the situation they admitted it was there fault then treated me like trash. Contacting corporate office ect and already cancelled my policy...
- WVWill VillOct 24, 20251.0I have been a policy holder with Geico insurance for 8 years. This morning I was made aware a new driver was added to my policy without my acknowledgment and permission. The Geico representative said someone used my address at the DMV when applying for a driver’s license . What!?!? That’s all it took to be added to my insurance policy? This sounds like fraud and a breach of security! Unacceptable!!!
