Drove an hour and a half for them to tell me they mailed it to me the day after I called to set the time. Then they wanted me to pay a $25 stop payment fee on the old check in order for them to cut me a new check. We ended up splitting the fee, however, they definitely have some communication issues internally and I don’t feel I should’ve been charged anything for their mistake. Nominal amount, but pretty poor customer service especially over only $25 for a mistake they made.

This is not based on one transaction either... completely disorganized, no communication, unable to follow through, then 1 business day before close they inform us they cannot close. Never had a worse experience with a title co in my life. Avoid at all costs, don’t allow them to waste your time, energy, or money!
