We’ve worked with them for at least 22 years, and they always surpass the last time we’ve been there, always closing ahead of schedule. Your needs are met with plenty of cheerfulness, correct documents, everything done in a timely fashion. Each officer is courteous and helpful, and you are treated as if you are their only customer.

Jessica was great, always took care of every request, and I will refer every closing and commercial closing I have to republic title now. They went out of their way for me including the receptionist corresponding with my client about earnest money and made it so easy for all parties involved. I will close my future deals with Kelly and her team for all deals I have. Thanks team Kelly Wald! Looking forward to the next quick close.
