  Update: business removed my review so here it is again. This particular location miscalculated my home taxes by about 30%. They admitted it was a miscalculation but they said they use an outside company to get the Tax estimates!! OK? How am I supposed to find the seller 4 months after closing? As a seller who wants to find out they need to pay more months after closing? I have purchased at least 4 houses before and I never had this problem. When you make a mistake you don't make excuses. This is the key to run a reliable business. You don't just dismiss clients when you find out that you have made a mistake.

  Escrow officer that closed us was great. Front desk person was very unfriendly. It’s a shame bc she is the first person I meet. And this is the first time we closed with this office.
