- DHDeedrah HodgesSep 19, 20253.0Waiting on a closing that had back taxes, but was insured. However, we owe taxes from 22&23, Closed on 3/2025. Once we get an update this review will get an update. As of today, I've received nothing, after emailing 3 weeks ago requesting an update. At this point, although we were insured, they've ignored us. As long as they didn't mess up their great, otherwise they take it out on their customers for oversight on their part. "Update::!!" First American Title Company reached out to me and apologized. The insurance made it right within 30 days. While it was an underwriting issue, and it took 7 months for me to go ahead and file at the insurance because I was advised not to by the Pearland location. Once I filed with the insurance, back taxes were paid in full. All I'm going to say is customer service and communication are key when things were good Rosie and Gus were absolutely the best, when we hit a snag we were strangers.
