I couldn't find mine in my closing documents but called First American Title and was helped immediately. Thank you so much for your help!
- MDMelody DeshotelJan 27, 20251.0Our closing coordinator Shonda was excellent, however the receptionist is absolutely awful. She is so rude! You're lucky to get her to answer the phone, and if you do, she is rude and bothered by having to do her job. After closing I called to inquire about a paperwork process, she told me the wrong answer just to get me off the phone. When I told her what I was told, then she decided to look into what I was asking. And now that I have another question she refuses to answer the phone. I know she sees my number on her caller ID, so she just won't answer. I would insist my closing be conducted at another location, because if this is who they choose as their first point of contact to represent them, they should just close the doors. Absolutely terrible and the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with!

We had a scheduled appointment for 11am which was set a week in advance, 3 hrs before the scheduled appointment the receptionist calls me to tell me I have to reschedule for the 26th. After we got that hiccup situated we were told our appointment time would be moved to 1pm. We get here at 1pm to have all of our paper work completely wrong. So they tell us to go eat lunch while they reprint the paper work. After an hour lunch we return for them to tell us the original closing amount they disclosed to us is actually wrong and in fact they would need more money for closing cost forcing me to go to the bank for another cashiers check. We return from the bank to still wait another 30 minutes before FINALLY signing paperwork. I am beyond disappointed especially being this is my first home this is completely unacceptable.
