There were several delays on closing primarily due to title incompetence, lack of transparency, and inefficiency. E-mails and calls would simply go unanswered/unreturned. I had numerous questions that I never got an answer to. I was ready to close as soon as possible but had to wait several weeks for everything to finally fall into place. I felt as if I was not taken seriously, and the one time I got the senior escrow agent on the phone (out of numerous attempts to reach her), she was extremely rude to me and very unprofessional. Instead of providing updates when asked, all I got were excuses and casting blame. There was no regard for the inconveniences and uncertainty this whole process put on me and my family. I was appalled by the standard that they set in that office and would steer clear if at all possible.
