  Do not use this company for your payroll services! They will call you constantly to get you to upgrade and you will lose your promotion that they promise you when you sign up. The fees are outrageously high, but they will not tell you that. There is a reason why their rating is so low and they have such a bad rating with the BBB. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SMALL BUSINESS STRUGGLING AT ALL! They will milk every penny out of you that they can get

  Spend over 3 hours with them. Agent after agent, one said I will call back in 10 minutes. 2 hours later I call and no sight of the agent. I asked to please put me in contact with him but everyone is working remotely so no luck. Payroll keeps marking errors after I rehired an employee. Should be easy fix. I guess not. No one there knows what they are doing. Missed my due time to submit and missed a plane ticket. Bye ADP, hello Toast Payroll.

  AWFUL company! Spend your time and money elsewhere. The app is trash. The "security" for the account constantly locks ME out. I'm the customer! I made the mistake of signing up for the 401k program -- They got me. I can't believe I fell for such a bad program. They nickel and dime you to death. My wife's small company now has to pay money to get out of their "services" (if you can call it that). I hope the State of Texas goes after this company!

  Appalling, loathsome organization. We paid for a system that didn't work for many years and when they were asked to cancel the service they demanded more payments and ended up sending the account to a debt collector (for the system that didn't work).
