- STShawn TAYLORNov 3, 20251.0Never use ADP as your retirement services. I had them when I had a staff of 2. They did taxes and payroll great. Their retirement services are mercenary. At the time my business wasn't doing well I let both employees go. I said to ADP I am discontinuing using all of your services. I had pay a final tax payment and closed out a few accounts...simple. Seemed to be no problem untill I get a meddage from ADP 401k . I am told there services cant be ended 3 months early and I am belng billed $1000 for mgmt fees? A thousand dollars Your only managing $200. Where is the honesty, the faduciary responsibility.... There isn't they want to scratch at you for personal gain. I have closed out accounts before and they ask you where you want to roll it over to or a penalty if withdrawn.... Another person in this same post asked the same thing. where can I get my money to roll it over. Never a hint just keep the gas pump of money management flowing. Its full price and always running at full speed. Sleazy company. I will never return to their services. A week ago I got a note that I still owed them $1000 but not my ROTh is now worth $100. Who is they faducually (Real word) responsible to????
