  After closing was completed, I initially gave this company a 5 star rating in an email to them and raved about how they provided white glove service. Per the terms of our home refinance/cashout, Republic Title was to mail payments to one credit card company with a payoff amount. The check was mailed before Christmas 2020. Early in January 2021, I paid off the same account due to an expiring zero interest option. As of 1/22/21, the payment mailed by Republic Title to the credit card company was not cashed in 30 days. Ultimately, their payment will list as a credit to the credit card. After 30 days, you'd think they'd be concerned about their check remaining uncashed. Well, I sent an email inquiry to Republic Title asking what could be done., they was asked if I'd call the credit card company to see if their payment was sitting on a desk waiting to be posted. Republic Title Company's feeble attempt at humor was lost and received as sarcasm. If I could rescind my first positive review to them, I would in a millisecond. Be careful of Republic Title - Dallas - Turtle Creek. Thank you

  This is my go to title company both personally and as a recommendation for my clients. The level of service from reception to attorneys and all in between. Whenever I have a question, any one of their closers are there to support. When I’m in need of questions concerning leagalities, their attorneys are always available to give sound advice while deciphering some of the intricacies of real estate. In any office, upon arrival, you are greeted with a warm welcome...the Turtle Creek location is the pillar example to this with smiles and support from Sherri. The love and support Ali as well as other business development positions is not even comparable to other title companies. I always have and will continue to recommend and use Republic Title and especially the Turtle Creek location. Thank you for being such an important and pivotal part of my real estate team!!

  When an executed contract is in the hands of Selena and her team, I never worry. Everything gets done efficiently, accurately and always on-time. Customer service is priority 1 for the team and my clients are always impressed and grateful. I wish I could close every transaction here.
