We have been strangling for a year now with every single payroll, multiple states taxes and billing. All their devices are outsourced and people on other end have no clue what they are doing. How does a company "change" contact information, yet still try to send codes to outdated numbers and do not give you an option to change it. I have been locked out of my ADP account for more than 2 months because they want to send a code to a number that is no longer in service and has been changed in their system but give NO OPTIONS to fix it and NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE about it. How is this joke still in business?
