Very frustrating experience. This location charges $2.75 to print a label. Not worth the trip at all. I recommend going to the Saratoga location instead—they are much better.

Anna at the UPS Store in Corpus Christi is absolutely incredible. I wish I remembered the exact address, but if you go to the UPS Store in Corpus, ask for Anna — she’s the one who goes above and beyond.
I was having a really tough time with shipping labels, emails, and getting everything sorted out. She repeated the info as many times as I needed, sent the labels to my email, and stayed completely professional, patient, and charismatic the whole time.
Not even the 1-800 UPS customer service could help me — the automated system was frustrating, and the rep (can’t remember his name) told me he couldn’t do anything because they can’t contact the store directly. All I needed was a shipping label, and he basically told me I was stuck unless I filed a claim.
But Anna stepped in and saved the day. She handled everything the right way, quickly and with a great attitude. She deserves recognition, and this location is lucky to have her.
Highly recommend this UPS Store because of her!

I went to this UPS office, I had to send back a package. Mind you I had to take a taxi, of course I got there I stepped in and I was in line the line went all around the room, I thought oh my God! I'm going to be here 20 minutes or more, there must have been at least 12 people in front of me, but I soon noticed the two young men at the counter were knocking it out like gangbusters! 0 I might have been in there maybe 7 minutes! I was very impressed! Thank you guys for being so professional, if I ever have to use UPS again this is the place I will be going to. Again thank you!
