- RHrobert hentchelNov 15, 20251.0I purchased a Serta mattress and eagerly awaited delivery. The soonest option was about 10 days. I scheduled it for a day off and needed it asap. The day of delivery I got a message saying there was no room left on the truck and I would have to wait another day. I took off work the next day and eagerly awaited the mattress for a 1:30 to 5:30 delivery spot. There was supposed to be a call 30 minutes before delivery so I called at 4:52 to make sure it was going to happen. I was told yes it is on the way. Woo hoo finally. Then at ~6:20 I called to ask where it was. I was told they ran out of time and couldn’t deliver that day. I escalated up to some other guy and he said in the delivery notes I had refused delivery. That was a lie. I do live up in Ponder so I can see why they didn’t want to go that far but that’s the job. I’ve asked to speak to a local manager and haven’t gotten a call yet. I did get an automated call asking me to confirm another delivery attempt for four days from now. I’m livid. Their customer service number has no power and limited English skills. In reality there is no service, just scripts. If I could give negative stars I would. I’m two seconds away from just getting a refund and never talking to these people ever again

They even went above and beyond, moving the heavy bed frame to another room so my elderly mom could use it. I have used multiple "Last Mile" services over the years; this was by far one of the smoothest deliveries and had a professional team. Additionally, the early and thorough communication helped me schedule a time that was most convenient for me. Another plus was scheduling my own delivery online without needing to speak to a dispatcher. 5 stars all around! Thank you to Rashad and Bobby!
