- CBCody BrownNov 16, 20254.0I wanted to document my interaction here this evening. I had a last min print job. Very simple. 4 pages. I just needed a little assistance from an employee because what I needed to print couldn't be done on the self serve kiosk. I was there 45 min before closing. The first girl who helped me was either Alaira or Alaina. She was not helpful at all. She obviously didn't want to assist me because she was closing up. She said they were in the middle of a big print job and that I'd have to do it tomorrow. Zero effort. Zero attempt to come up with a solution. Zero interest and making a way. I asked to verify that with a manager and what do you know! Teresa the manager was able to help me. Effectively, efficiently, friendly... and it took about 15 min total. And even more amazing... they finished the "big print job" while I was in there. I don't want to make this about the poor initial service however. More so about Teresa doing the right thing and assisting me with something that really wasn't that challenging. I do hope that Alaina(sp?) gets the training she needs.
