  Don’t go to this location if you actually have a prepackaged item you need to ship. I have been 3 times and each time there is some small reason why they can’t ship it, went to the FedEx down the street and didn’t have any issues. Just do yourself a favor and go to another location.

  I placed an order last Friday for two 11x17 posters, expecting to pick them up today (Monday, 11/17/2025). Not only were they not ready when I arrived, but when they were finally given to me, they were the wrong size—11x14 instead of the 11x17 I specifically requested. In the past, if extra work was required, I would receive a courtesy phone call explaining the issue. This time, however, I was charged nearly $10 for two posters that were not what I ordered, when I used to pay $1.99 each for the correct size. What made this experience truly unacceptable was the way I was treated by the staff member who assisted me. The woman who waited on me spoke down to me in front of other customers and staff, raised her voice, and dismissed my concerns with a condescending tone. Instead of showing empathy or professionalism, she acted as though my concerns were insignificant and that I should simply accept the mistake. I walk away from the counter disappointed, and NO, I did not pay for the work. I felt if she could not make them, she should have just told me so. Customer service should be about respect, clarity, and care. This interaction was insulting, belittling, and completely unprofessional. Regardless of her expertise, she lacked compassion and basic courtesy. Because of this experience, I will not return to this location, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

  EVERYTIME I come here the lady who presents herself as a manager is always distracting the other workers by constantly gossiping while customers are waiting in line or in the middle of their transaction. I constantly have to battle for the attention of the employee whos trying to help me because she won't focus on her tasks at hand. Instead, she decides to talk about anything and everything not related to work to the other employees while there's customers standing in front of each of them, and customers waiting in line. I didn't really care to say anything about this, until I was recently helped directly by her. She ended up losing my package to California in NY, and marked the package "delivered" just 3 hours after I dropped it off. Sketchy thing to see as it was an expensive item she claimed she would package up for me. I beleive she is so distracted in her mind with everything except her work that she can not provide basic customer service. In turn, leading to major mistakes like losing a $1k package. Highly unprofessional.

  The young lady at the counter was extremely rude!! I was there to make one copy and all the copiers were being used except one and it wasn't functioning properly. I tried to ask a question but the employee totally ignored me. She had one customer in front of me who was having a hard time understanding her and she wanted to wait to sort her packages out, so she told the young lady to go ahead and help me but she refused and literally said she can wait. She knew the process would take an extremely long time because the lady in front had a huge package which included several pieces and each needed separate processing. I really didn't mind waiting but the employee was so rude not just to me but to the poor customer she was helping too. This FedEx processing center is not what it use to be; helpful, friendly and great customer service! I will NEVER go there again!!!
