  Came here because the one further down poplar by wing stop was trash. Read my review over there if you're interested. Brooke at this location was great!! She helped me and 3 other customers at the same time and was still efficient, effective, and friendly. The job I had to print was too complicated for the one my wingstop to even try... Brooke did it with a smile in about 6 min. Thanks Brooke! I'll be returning to this location for my many print needs!

  I have been using sending my packages to FedEx office locations for pickup for years because I am a hard working woman who does not have time to sit home and wait for packages. SO on 11/13/25 I came in to pick up my package and I had a valid driver's license and the white girl behind the counter would not give me my package because my address changed. I had to show here my lease to my house to get my package. That should not be and she basically tried to call me a scammed. I Will be calling corporate because people move all the time. So there is a lot of people who don't have a matching address on their license. This lady is very disrespectful and probably racist or is probably miserable and unhappy and wants to make everyone's life like hers. I will be reaching out to corporate. If she is unhappy she should get another job

  HORRIBLE experience by a mean, hateful, condescending, loud woman that had a name tag on her chest labeled as Joy, when she was far from Joyful..... more like pain and hatred almost immediately towards me in that Germantown , location on Poplar Avenue today.. I simply asked her one question and she blew it up into a World War 3 melodrama. This is not the standard that Fedex wants exhibited by their frontline people. I strongly recommend she either get fired or whoever she reports to (Shannon ) or whomever it is, they need to run the video for this morning between 9 AM and 945 and watch her body language towards me in that video, she was raising her voice. She wouldn't listen to me, the customer, explain what I needed without her constantly interrupting me turning it into an ordeal as if she was talking to a five year old toddler. Seriously. Is this the type of service customers can expect from a fedex location up the street from the fedex headquarters?Is this what it's come down to? She came across as if it was a mental battle between her ego and her bad attitude and no other customers around to defend me, against her own employers , judgment to, we have even put her in a manager role in the first place. She does not deserve the position after what she put me through over a simple drop off and shipment transaction. She was not helpful, she was combative, and she kept interrupting me....cutting me off, raising her voice, and being totally, absolutely unnecessarily crazy and rude towards me when all I needed was a box! Unbelievable!!
