I have never had a good experience but this just leaves me speechless! The package left at the road. Yes, it was heavy but this is just laziness! If the driver couldn’t lift it I would have been happy to help. Fortunately, I am able to lift heavy and got the package inside but what if it was an elderly person‘s home who couldn’t lift it? Not to mention, it was starting to rain. I am once again, highly disappointed.
