  Not a good experience for me. I paid to have my package shipped to VA from this location, and it was "lost" within two days. When I tracked my package, I discovered it was "lost" in Bartlett, practically right next door. I filed a claim and will be reimbursed, but honestly, I want to know where my belongings are and who dropped the ball. Were my things stolen? Delivered elsewhere? What happened? I won't ship through UPS again.

  The staff!! The location is very convenient but Maxwell and Jamese are exceptional!! Maxwell always has a smile and does a wonderful job with the system and the customers! Jamese is so professional, friendly and always stays calm no matter how busy!

  I was at the store at 11:40am, Sunday.There’s a young black girl working. She has THE MOST HORRIBLE attitude. Whatever her deal is, she should not be handling customers.

  I’m really about to get a sanction . Thai store somehow misplaced my laptop I paid for via Klarna and Klarna has reported my account to collections because the manager could not retrieve the tracking information nor the address the item was sent to. I asked for further recommendations and the manager told me blatantly “she doesn’t know anything or anybody that can help” I was told that after the 30 day threshold in their system is eradicated and it’s no longer trackable. I went to the tracking system and nothing has been updated (the delivery status). To this very day, nothings has been resolved. I have a collection on my credit report because this company lost or misplaced, refused service, and most importantly , failed to return my package. This hurts me financially in the long run and I don’t think I can forgive this company and the staff involved.
