However, Ms Sandy was the working on the front shipping center and she helped me so much! She helped not only find my shipping label and better package my box. I even realized I forgot something in my car to go the original shipment. Ms Sandy quickly found it and helped me add it back to my order. She deserves a raise not only for her professionalism, but her kindness and helpfulness.

Around 4 or 5 in the afternoon I checked the tracking and saw that the driver had reported "Customer not available or business closed" at 2:53pm. This package did not require a signature so the driver could have left it on the porch. The driver never even came down my road that day. Needless to say I was livid because this isn't the first time this has happened on a Saturday. I called customer service and the woman I spoke to was very nice and helpful and I believe she did everything she could to remedy the situation. I, however, did not receive my package until today. The five stars is for the lady I spoke with on Saturday, she was excellent. The driver gets 0 stars.
