I have found Kim and other counter employees here to be courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and personable on every occasion. I choose this location over other options. My regular mail carrier always brings packages that don’t fit in the box down my long driveway to my porch! He is courteous and respectful. Very grateful for these employees at this location.

It’s crazy how long it takes to get a single mail key made. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks and counting…Everyone in there don’t know how to do their job, no one answers the phone, the tell you they’ll text you when it’s ready (still haven’t received that text). I went in to check if it was ready and they done lost my name on the list so they had to rewrite it. No way😂
