These were multi hundred dollar packages. I never, ever lose packages with USPS and UPS. What is this place's major malfunction? Are your employees stealing stuff? Or are they just completely incompetent? There is no excuse for this. If there was an issue with the shipping information or anything else, the tracking would show that. I'm absolutely done with fed ex.
