Everyone has bad days but there’s no reason to go out of your way to be hateful to someone for speaking another language. Google translate is free. Will not be back here.

She insisted that I purchase a Fedex envelope which costed me $8 and about $3 to make the font better on the letter. Not the first time this have happened to me at this location either. They were insisting to sell me a box previously to return an item and they were claiming that THE BOX THEY DELIVERED THE ITEM IN WASN'T ENOUGH!!!
