Doesn't ring bell or knock, just slaps a tag up and walks away. Chased his van into the street, he looked at me and kept driving. Told customer service about it. Asked them to hold it at facility, I would drive from yorkton to regina to get it. For some reason it shipped again. same deal. But this time the driver took a picture of a slip, clearly in his truck. Nothing on the door, he again.... did not come. 5 days iv been waiting... dealing with customer service. And dealing with a driver to lazy to do his job. Your company should be embarased and your driver should be fired/deported.

Sign on the door said: "not available for public". Got in with FedEx employee and waited in 3x3ft glass cage while they were getting my package. Regina has other FedEx pickup locations. Never had issues with the one at YQR. Why in the world would they send it to a location that even google maps doesn't recognize as FedEx location.
